One of the biggest success stories from NAMM 2015 has to be the Digitech Trio. It is an incredible little pedal that lets you instantly create a backing track to any chord progression you can think of…one feature was left off however that plenty of people were looking for. That was a looper and now Digitech have answered with the Trio+.
There are a few key changes that Digitech have made to the Trio+ over the original. This includes a synchronized looper so you can layer guitar upon guitar to simulate that full band feel. They also added SD card expansion and and effects loop which is a great addition to the pedal. With this loop you now have much better integration of your effects giving you more options for your sound.
All of these features come together to make this much more than just a practice tool. In fact now with the ability to store 5 separate parts on the pedal you can even use this in demonstration and live situations.
