Eagles cofounder Glenn Frey wrote numerous hits in his lifetime, so many that you’d think it might be hard for the guitarist to decide which is the one he’d like to be remembered for.
Frey, who died on Monday, January 18, at 67 years of age, was interviewed on that very subject in 2012 by Piers Morgan.
“If I said, ‘Right, Glenn, you’ve got five minutes to live. You can play one song to be remembered by—the defining song. What’s your number one?”
